HIPAA form is intergrated with Stripe payments and some users report that the pay fields are display only and they can't write any values into them.

We have been running into two issues with two forms embeddded into our Wordpress site. The forms are embedded via the iframe method into a Wordpress site secured by a security certificate. There are two forms because we are implementing your Save and Continue feature described in detail in your User Guide. The first form gathers the session and sends it to the second form. The submitter of the first form is automatically redirected to the second form's page.

    First issue:

The form is intergrated with Stripe payments and some users report that the pay fields are display only and they can't write any values into them.

    Second Issue:

The form has two file upload fields. When we go to view the submitted uploads (from within JotForm while we are signed in as admin), we get "Integrity Check Failed" error messages.

We have put in support requests but have not been given any resolution.

    Turn off HIPAAA?

So, we'd like to test to see if turning off HIPPA will correct these issues. But need to know before we do this if disabling HIPAA will have any adverse effects to the submissions already collected or to the form's abilities itself?

Turning off HIPAA would not solve the issue. I just checked your form and the credit card fields are fillable:

Could you provide the links to your site where it is embedded? Although the save and continue later works between form direct links.
