When will the renewal date start?

we received an e-mail about the 50% promo, I was wondering does the promo start at the renewal date - we had renewed our package last year for a year and we still have a few months remaining.

The day you have upgraded or subscribed to a plan would be the start of you subscription.

I have checked your account and it seems you're in the Storage plan. You may upgrade your subscription with the year end sale. Do note that that 50% discount is for Yearly and Bi-yearly subscriptions only.
