How can a re-publish a form I deleted?

Hello,

I accidentally delete the whole form. I was only trying to delete the data from a submitted form. How can I restore a deleted form? The old for still appears on my list of forms but, will not appear on my website. joinmyed.lpages.co/jill-of-all-cakes-online

You have to click on the Trash folder in My Forms page, select the form and restore it.
