    I would like to use the PDF editor to create a lease agreement pdf with customers. I need to be able to edit some of the elements myself before I give to the customer. Below you will see the part I need to be able to edit myself, specifically I need to be able to enter "tuition", the tuition rate is not on the application. How can I do this?

    I, {parentguardian1} (Parent/Guardian) of {childsName}, agree to pay an advanced monthly tuition in the amount of <> for <> {whichProgram} program, on <>. The total of which is to be paid on the first of the month. Tuition payments must be made by check or automatic ACH payment.

    I would suggest doing this in the form first. The text block can be included in the PDF copy of the submission later on, either by PDF attachment or PDF link in the autoresponder email.

    Please follow the steps here https://www.jotform.com/help/418-Pass-an-Input-Field-to-a-Text-Field

    Unfortunately, you can only personalize the text block with input fields in the form. If that Tuition that you are referring to is outside Jotform, then it is not possible with us. You will need to a system that can merge both. Maybe, try Zapier and WebMerge;
