    I see that the account is enabled with the Old PDF editor. However, the form is enabled with New PDF editor in the form settings.

    If you want to receive the PDF in the new format, please try editing the notification and check the setting for the PDF attachment and save the email again. 

    If you want all the forms to use the new PDF editor, you may try switching to New PDF editor by clicking on the Try New PDF editor button displayed on the top right corner in the old PDF Editor screen.

    I've been using the new pdf editor. I don't have any idea where the setting would be to switch to the new pdf editor for my account. I've tried your suggestion multiple times.-Kate

    I can confirm that you are using the new PDF editor. I just submitted a test form, kindly confirm if the PDF you receive is already using the new version?

    I have checked the form and see that the new PDF editor has been enabled for the account and the in the form settings as well. I have tried saving the PDF editor setting for your form and email notification, and cleared the form caches for your account. Could you try testing it again and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue?

    Also, let us know if we can send a test submission to your form by replacing your email address to our email address so that we can check the PDF report attachment received and assist you further.
