    Jotform Licensing

Asked by markashton on May 13, 2010 at 04:23 AM
    Hi,

I am interested in the Jotform Licensing to deploy as a multiple user environment for my clients as per the info advised here:

Can you advise me on my understanding of the following:

    1) Which version of jotform does the licensing model entail: v2 v3 or either?
    2) $49pm for 100 users - each could have unlimited forms, submissions, result storage, etc?
    3) There is an admin area where one sets this stuff up
    4) I could take this out with you tomorrow - branded and accessible via the custom url forms.workflows.co.uk

    many thanks

    Regards mark

Only v2 is available for licensing. v3 might not be available for licensing. At least not before 2011.

    2) $49pm for 100 users - each could have unlimited forms, submissions, result storage, etc?

I am not sure where you see that. 100-user license is $450. It is installed and hosted on your server so you can set any limits as you wish.

If you mean JotForm Hosted which $45/month. Upload space is limited to 10GB but there are no other limits.

    3) There is an admin area where one sets this stuff up

    Yes.

    4) I could take this out with you tomorrow - branded and accessible via the custom url forms.workflows.co.uk

    Yes.

    Aytekin,

    Thanks for your prompt answer.
    Excuse me - I wasn't being clear.
I am interested specifically in the hosted option which seems great value for $45pm

    1) Can I clarify if this is v2 or v3 (or either) as it is hosted on your servers
    2) Are the terms similar - no tie-in
    3) Up to a hundred users can login and just see their own forms and download their own data
    4) Are there any restrictions one can impose in the admin area - like download data only?
    5) How much space above the form designer is made available for branding

    Many thanks

    Regards Mark

Same applies to hosted. We will not have a v3 version of the hosted JotForm. We will stop offering hosted version to new clients. Existing subscribers will be able to use it as long as they wish.

    2) Are the terms similar - no tie-in

I am not sure what you mean by "no tie-in"? The Hosted version is hosted on our servers.

    3) Up to a hundred users can login and just see their own forms and download their own data

    Yes.

    4) Are there any restrictions one can impose in the admin area - like download data only?

    No.

    5) How much space above the form designer is made available for branding

You can see an example on the "demo" link on the licensing page. The logo can be changed.
