Is there any option to save email templates to be used on different forms?

So that we don't have to play with table columns and import logos to places for each email for each form. 

Can the pdf just be shown inline as well as attached? 

I will raise your suggestion to our developers for consideration. Unfortunately, there's no option to show PDF within email template at the moment. We will keep you notified with news on this matter. 

In the meantime, I can suggest to clone existing form to create new one, your customized email template will be cloned along with the form. This way, you can create 1 form as template and clone it when you need new form.
