Pleasseeee help. People visiting my website are saying that my forms are disabled. So they can send me feedbacks. Please this is the 4th times, my forms get disabled.

I think the issue has to do with the way you embedded your form. You have used SSL embed option and your free account limit is 10 per month, I can see the counter went overlimit (11), that's why the system disabled it
It will get re-enabled next month on the first day. My recommendation would be to re-embed the form using the normal embed method rather than https://secure.jotform.xx

I have removed the "secured" option while embedding my form, but it still has the same problem. So there is anyway to remove all previous ssl forms to got my new form working ? DO I have to wait until February ?

I have lowered your SSL count just this one time and that should make the forms work. Please refrain from using the secured version from now on.

How do we rectify to normal embed method

@elizteo: Go to "My Forms" then click on the form you want to modify and select "Edit". Once done, you will now, click the integration button and uncheck "Secure form"

Hi, it seems your Bienvenue dans iBand©, pour démarrer veuillez vous inscrire au site form contains the following fields Name, password, email combination -- which warrant automatic suspension by the Phishing system.
Can you please tell us how you used this form? If it is embedded on a website, please share to us the URL so we can evaluate. If this is not an imporant form, you may have to delete it to prevent the phishing system from suspending the account.
Please update us.

I removed the form "Bienvenue dans iBand©". And I received a message from your support saying that they checked my forms and that they have now unsuspended my acccount and that they were sorry.
Thanks you very much, in the future, I will avoid these kind of errors while creating a form. Your support community is just amazing. Thanks again !
