Can I delete a form

I created a form with the wrong template. I used the simple job application template and was supposed to use a classic one. Can I delete it and start over? Also, if I do delete it will it count as one of my forms used?

Yes, you can delete the wrong one and start over again. If you delete the form, it will not be counted as one of your forms. 

To delete your form in your account, all you need to do is while you are on "My Forms" page, select the form, click "More" icon/button and then click "Delete Form". You can also delete form using the "Delete" button on top toolbar. Please refer to below screenshot for reference.
