I know this is trivial but i have been 'burned' from other form builders, i just want to confirm that there is no limit to the number of form elements you can have in one form. Also if/when you go over the form submission limit, before you start filling out the form will it tell you(i.e. a popup warns you) or are you unawares? And, when you declare a form as a template can you revoke that and make it private(i know it can still be accessible through link but can it be found by search) and if someone uses your template what happens if you revoke it, if you can.

    Hi,

Yes, there's no limit on adding elements into your form. With regards to form limits, If you are almost near to submission limit of your account, you'll be notified through email asking you to either upgrade your account or wait for the next month's counter reset which is every first day of the month.

    ---

Once you share your form to Form Templates, anyone can see your form and they are always free to clone your form then use it as their own form and even if you remove/delete your form on form templates, it won't affect to their form.

If you need further assistance, do let us know.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your prompt response, i was wondering if there was a way to have an email compatible other box for checkboxes. I saw this http://www.jotform.com/answers/45121-Check-boxes-need-Other-option-or-Radio-buttons-need-to-allow-multiple-options-to-be-selected- but if I use the conditions wont the email still show other and then the otherbox's text, right? And if for the checkbox if the conditions does work will it replace the text box's input so if i check "dog" and the other and type in "platypus" would it say "dog, other platypus" or just "platypus" or something else?

Hi, it should work. The "other" checkbox value will appear in the email, and also the "other textbox". To compensate for the double of word "other", just remove the label or the word "other" in the "other textbox" . I created the sample for that form here .

See images below of the setup I did.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
