    I don't understand your system. I have 2 refunds, one almost a year now, I have been trying to get

    the refunds, I could use the money, but I don't get anywhere with your forms. I need help.

    I lost my old email address. I am stuck, can't get it.

    If you don't have your login information, do you have a link to a form you might have created? Also, could you confirm if you are looking to cancel and get a refund for a JotForm subscription you purchased? If that is not what you mean, please explain further.
