Error message "SORRY, ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED".

    I copied the url it gave me and put it on a website as a link. When I access the link it brings up the form I created. I fill it out, and hit the SUBMIT button, I get an error message:

    SORRY, ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED

    I know I have to make a purchase somewhere along the way- is this why I am getting this message? I just want to make sure I know what Im getting before I lay down my money

    I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submission" in your form and set it as "Check cookies and IP". Please check the screenshot below:

    Please note that  "Check cookies and IP" which disables multiple submissions from same IP and browser. I would suggest you to please select "No Check" in "Unique Submission" and that will solve your problem.
