cancel subscription and refund

Please stop trying to take money out of my acct yall have caused my acct NSF fees.. I cancelled my service back in oct2018 and evey month since yall are debiting my money... PLEASE STOP!!!! I need the money back for my insufficient fund fees who do i talk too?
