Can I send person to a thank you url

Asked by abundant4him on January 26, 2013 at 10:27 AM

I'd like to send the person filling out the form to a thank you email. Is this possible?

Also I am not seeing the "submit" button on the form I published. Is this something on my end or do I need to change something in creation of the form?

Im not sure if Jotform provides an auto responder email to send them a thank you email, but you can send them to a thank you url. Just click on the Set Up & Embed link and then the Thank You button with the smiley face and choose Custom URL and put in the url of the thank you page.

I think your form is too wide, try clicking on Form Style and then Form Width and changing it to 625, you may need to adjust it down little by little if it still is not showing properly.

If you want, you can clone this form that I cloned of yours: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30254588424961

    I hope I have helped!

    May God Bless You!

Yes, it's possible using an Autoresponder. To enable go to:

    1. Setup & Embed

    2. Email Alerts

    3. Choose Autoresponder Email

    - --

Secondly, the form is too wide. You can adjust the width by going to

    1. Form Style

    2. Form Width (you need to lower the width a bit)

You will need to increase the iFRAME height so that the submit button will be visible.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//yang.jotform.com/form/30254131241134" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:757px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
