    Good Morning,

I am having trouble combining the Name, E-mail and Date into the same row. How can I combine them?

    Thanks,

    Z

The request can be achieved easily first increasing the form width and enabling shrink in advance tab from the properties of each element.

Please refer the snapshot for your ready reference.

Thank you Nick. Is there a way to combine name, e-mail and date into the same element?

Sorry to be a bother, I just started on the answer key and noticed that all of the Yes/No and Multi-line Question elements are not visible on the quiz. Am I doing something wrong or is it because it's a new element?

Sorry, but quiz app is designed for old / classic form layout only. As for the combining the fields, are you able to shrink the fields like what my colleague suggested?

    Looking forward for your response.

Now, I feel like I'm being quite a pest.

I have changed to the classic element. Now I'm having another issue with the quiz answer key. The long text entry does not appear to show up as a question (missing check mark) and the answers I have entered into the answer key are not being saved. Will you please advise.

    Thanks,

    Zayda

I reviewed your form https://www.jotform.us/form/90015123084141 and I noted that it is using card form layout and not the classic layout.

Multiple elements/fields on same line/row will best work if using the classic form layout

But if what you want was to have multiple question on the same page on the card form, you can use instead the Multi-Line question field for that.
