    To my understanding, you would like to add a form to your webpage/site. If yes, JotFrom provides a set of client-side functionality to let you add a Form Builder inside your web page. This can be fulfilled by embedding your form to the webpage.

    Please refer this guide Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page for detailed steps.

    JotForm publish wizard has many options. To choose which one is best for you, refer to this guide Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    NO

    i want to use a JOT FORM WITH SOME TEXT FIELDS AND THEN I want that these fields sld populate an URL (not mine) so that i can see the results on that URL.

    FOR EXAMPLE

    i want to make search on flight search portal of any company(eg KAYAK, EXPEDIA.COM etc)

    Now that url needs information such as oneway or return flight, from, to, and date of travel etc

    Now if I creat a JOTFORM with above fields and add URL (kayak etc) through a widget then on submission can i get that url filled up with the data and show me results?

    Please let me know the solution

    Our form allows you to forward its data to another page, see to it that the page also supports URL prepopulate techniques.

    It is similar to what we have here https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form.

    Or this;

    https://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-Submission-Data-via-Post-Method-and-Thank-You-Settings

    And this;

    https://www.jotform.com/help/201-How-to-Post-Answers-to-Thank-you-Page

    These methods will allow you to pass the data to an external page to search for flights.
