Right now if I forward a submission it defaults (as from) my account e-mail, I need to change that. I would like it so I do not need to do it every time. How do I do that?

There must be a reason why you wanted to always email forward the submissions instead of just using its regular notification email - can you share to us why?
Perhaps if we can take a further look into your form and the email, we can provide a workaround that will not result to email forwarding the submissions.
Right now, as is, you will have to manually change the "from" email address everytime you forward a submissions of form.

The reason is the notification e-mail sends blank field data too and makes the e-mail look ridiculous, I have many fields (over 150). My customer may only fill out 10-20 fields. Using the forward submission allows it to not show blank data labels and fields. I wish that feature was available for the notifications e-mail, but was told it is not. I would had preferred an automatic solution and not one I have to do several steps to send.

I understand. This feature is currently among on our dev team's to do list.
For now, you may want to try also the suggested workaround from this thread (by NeilVicente and Mike_T). Can you also tell me which of your form you wanted to achieve this? Perhaps the suggested workaround from this thread can also work when using your form's source code embed.

Well using that thread as a guide I guess I could divide my form into ten sections and create conditions and seperate notifications for all the combinations, seems like a ton of work. It looks like for some time (at least a year) having a better solution for this has been "on the developer's desk" and many requests to correct it. I hope it at the top of a list since it seems like an option that almost every user of JotForm could use.

We understand and appreciate your feedback.
As you can undersatand, we can not implement all the features that are suggested. even though we wish we could. Witht hat said I am forwarding this to our development team again so that they can concider it again.

We have a new feature in Jotform. This is the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" from Advanced tab under Preferences. You can use this feature instead of forwarding your submissions.
