A client submitted a contact form on Thursday, today she received an email from you with a copy of her submission.  She is concerned about the privacy of her information which she thought is available only to me. First, is it customary for you to send a copy of a submission to the submitter?  Second, if so is this a feature that can be turned off in my settings?  Thanks for your reply

It was probably due to the email issue we encounter last week. Our team sent out the emails that were stuck during the incident. Your customer's email notification was probably one of those emails that were stuck.

Please note that only the recipient will receive the notification that he/she submitted. You probably have an autoresponder that is why she received a copy of the submitted form.
