Conditional emails not coming to my inbox

    Hi all. I have this form (http://form.jotform.us/form/30247330365144) embeded directly at this link (http://darkcandyclothing.com/testing/contact.php). I'm receiving submissions at my Jotform admin panel, but they are not coming to my inbox. I have only tested the "Webmaster" address so far.

    Any help on where I can look to resolve this would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    You may need to correct this in your notification email

     

    Use the noreply@jotform.com value as Sender E-mail.

    Review this guide(-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues) for more details.

    Please inform us if the issue persist even after updating your form.

    Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately still no luck. I also don't seem to have the ability in my host's cPanel to whitelist domains (HostGator).

    We also have an ssl certificate, so I was loading some of the scripts with https, even though they were not ssl for jotform. I thought that might conflict, so I also tried making all the scripts http, and loading the page as http. Still no luck.

    Any further assistance would be appreciate.

    Hi,

    I've check your emails on the bounce list and they're not there. I have also checked your form notification setup and it seems to be fine. Have you tried checking your mail spam filter settings or your spam/bulk mail folder?

    I've made a test submissions with your form, can you check if the message landed to your email now?

    Yes, I've checked spam/bulk folders each time I've done a test. Which conditional email did you test on? Please select the option "Webmaster" so it sends to my email address and test again. So far, no luck. It's a real mystery!

    Hi,

    I was testing General Inquiry and Whole Inquiries.  I just made a test with "Webmaster", check if the message landed successfully.

    I have also checked the email logs here and it was successfully delivered.

    I got your test now. So that's great! I also just tested it on our live site and I got the response immediately. Not sure what changed, but I'm good to go now! Thanks for the stellar support!
