. I made an account it says auto suspended

My questions are not getting posted. I made an account it says auto suspended after reading some information I know what I need to remove from my form - where I ask for usernames for social media? I got no warning after spending over 3 hours on this form yesterday and its deleted, and I cannot login. Meanwhile I have several clients trying to access the application form and its gone. Can I have my account restored so I can actually fix the problem? If someone had emailed me to told me that it needed to be edited it would have happened asap but instead this unfair treatment. I'm a busy mom and I spent hours working on this when I could have been with them but I had to because its for work. WTH?
