How do I create an anonymous survey, yet the person who completes the form is able to receive their answers?

We want to receive qualitative responses through an anonymous survey. However, we believe those who complete the survey will want to know some of their answers to keep themselves accountable. 

Is it possible to do this? 

If you want to send a the answers to the form filling person, you may consider adding an email address to the form so that you can setup an autoresponder. If you do not want to collect any personal data from the user, you may display the form submitted data on the Thank you page.
