    Hi!

I had connected the file upload in my form to dropbox to ensure there is not limitation on file upload, which is working great so far!

    My questions:

    1. Can I set in the setting, that file upload is ONLY send file to dropbox and NOT keep it on JotForm server?

    2. Cam I set somehow that the video link in the confirmation/autoresponder emails contain dropbox video link and not JotForm server one?

Is it possible to avoid files be stored on JotForm? Image 10

Many thanks for your kind help,

Unfortunately, files will be always stored on the JotForm servers and there is no way to change this settings, it's not possible to change the link included in the emails either.

Now, you can only delete the files from our servers, but this will require to delete the entire submission, this can be done either manually or automatic.

This guide will help you doing that manually: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

This app will help you doing that manually: https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

    Thanks.

Understood. But everything uploaded to Dropbox stays there even if deleted on JoForm, right ?

Deleted submissions in JotForm does not have any impact on files forwarded to Dropbox or any other integration. The files in the Dropbox will not be affected when you delete your submissions in JotForm.

    Hope this information helps.
