Error in download, when will this be fixed?

Are you referring to this form https://www.jotform.us/form/51186749040153? I checked on that form and it is using the old PDF UI. Are you trying to download a PDF form? Would you mind providing us the steps you took on how you replicate the issue?

The only form which is close to the title shown in your screenshot is this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52387163244961, however, the PDF template on that form is different from your screenshot.

I only downloaded the PDF from the link in the email.
