(HIPAA) PDF Editor: Form fields gets re-arranged and the formatting gets changed

    I continue to have this issue.  In the past, I have "Published" the form and assumed this may have caused the issue.  In this instance, I was planning to make a change to the PDF (Form = New Patient Intake and PDF = MedHx). I went into editor and the fields are jumbled.

    Have you added the fields in the Form? If you add new fields in the Form then it gets added in the PDF document too and due to this, the formatting of other fields may change.

    Is the fields re-arrange themselves every time or just when you add new fields.

    Please give us some more information.

    I made NO changes to the form.  I wanted to make a small change to the PDF.  I opened the editor and the fields had been re-arranged.

    Hi, we made some updates about this issue. It should be solved now. Update won't fix your design but when you re-arrange it, it shouldn't change again.

    Since we can't see your submissions; can you please check it on your own end?
