Request to cancel subscription

    Every month, I keep paying 19.00. we have not used your services for several months maybe over a year..

    Please cancel subscription. do not charge my credit card from this point forward. Please email when subscription has been cancelled.

    I could not find any subscription attached to the user abiedge2. It is a free account.

    Are you referring to some other account? Please provide more details on the subscription, if you have any transaction Id for the charged amount or the account/Form details from which you have been charged.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello,

    See amex charge attached for the month of December. I Amex has credited our account.
    All 2018 there has been a monthly charge of 19.00 please look into this, I will be contacting Amex for the rest of the charges.

    I already sent a copy of amex transaction. This is fraud.

    If you purchased a subscription, please note that a subscription is a recurring charge, so you had to cancel it when you did not need it anymore. The screenshot of the transaction did not post to this thread, please try to share it as shown on this guide, so we can refund the last charge.

    As there are no invoices in your current account so we are not able to check the transaction from your account. Please share the screenshot of the Transaction details. You may refer to the guide provided by my colleague.
