How to establish a counter on the submission?

Hello, It is possible to establish a counter of submissions to a person and that when you send a form that counter decreases.

for example:

-if- xxxxx@gmail.com submit the form + Counter -1. Is it possible to take the counter of a spreadsheet or similar and save it?
