Error message saying "Asana Integration error" pops up when a form is submitted

Hello, requesters are submitting forms but not receiving a confirmation email after submitting a form. Just an error message saying "oops (etc.)" pops up. I am also not receiving notifications when new forms are being submitted, however, when I log on to jotform and look in the inbox, I see the new submission. 

We don't want to miss these pertinent requests. Please help us find a resolve.

Can you please clarify which form you are referring to?

I checked our mail logs on notification recipients of these two forms and I see that submissions have been successfully sent.

Is there a way to just get the form emailed to me as a pdf when someone submits it online?
