If I update my form will it still be available for editing by users who have already submitted it?

I am creating a complex registration form that will be available soon for people to begin registering  for a summer program.

In a few months, we will host a series of events at which some participants will receive scholarships to the summer program. after those events, I will update the form to support scholarship amount entry, thereby altering the registration form as it originally appeared to the early registrants. 

If someone who had already registered wins a scholarship 2 months from now and returns to the form to edit (via the link in the autoresponder email), will they be able to access the form, since I have effectively changed it from being the form they originally submitted?

Yes. Users should be able to edit their form submission later anytime even if the form is edited. However, if there are any fields removed on the form, those fields shall not be available on the form for the previously submitted submissions.
