SSL Submissions means that you have used the SSL version of your form's URL in the form embed code. This is denoted by the prefix https:// so that your form URL becomes SSL secured.

SSL Secure Submissions: Number of secure (https) submissions you received since 1st day of this month. Free accounts are limited to 10 secure submissions per month.

Please make sure that you are using the regular form URL in your embed code to avoid reaching the limit of 10 SSL submissions for the free account. You are given 100 submissions for the free account if you use the non-SSL form.
