How can we see which package we had purchased previously?

    How can we see which package we had purchased previously? Our payment failed so we would like to repurchase the one we had before but we cannot remember which one we had.

    You can log in to your account and view the invoices. They will reflect the package you were on before the account downgraded to free. Refer to this guide: How to Check Invoices.

    Thanks.   We signed up for 2 years at the regular price before realizing there was a price for educational institutions.  Would we be able to this adjusted?  We are Trinity Western University and we use these forms for our athletic facilities and student recreation programs and varsity athletics.  Let me know what might be possible.

    Once an application is submitted, we'll review the application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade your account. 

    Then, we could cancel your current subscription and process a prorated refund for it, this would allow you to re-upgrade with a discount.
