You may enable the Auto Next feature in the Page Break properties. Refer to the screenshot here:

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

Hi, I can't find that option on my form, I'm using the single question layout.

Please note that the Auto next feature is enabled by default for the card form layout. However, this feature works only with Single option selection fields such as Radio button, dropdown, Yes/No, etc. You may give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

On the other hand, I notice that the form https://www.jotform.co/form/90144050815852 is collecting Passport or ID which is not allowed with JotForm. Please refer to our terms of usage and remove the guilty fields from the forms to avoid any suspensions of the account.

    Thanks!

Hi, I check your terms of usage and it says that I may collect some sensitive information like personal IDs but are required to use best security practices of Jotform including SSL and Encrypted Forms as well as use EU Safe Forms for data collected in Europe, I'm using all of those safe measures. I'm also not collecting credit card numbers or login credentials in compliance with Jotforms Terms.

We do not allow for the collection of sensitive personal information such as credit card details, social security numbers (SSN), or passport IDs.

We have an automatic tool that scans for violating forms and suspends the JotForm account that owns them. So I would suggest you remove the Passport field in order to avoid suspension of the Form.

If still, you want to put the Passport Id in your Form then I would recommend you add the E-Signature and the Terms & Conditions widget explaining to the user that they agree to give sensitive data such as Passport Number.

A list of signature widgets can be found here: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

Complete Guide: How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form

Please add a signature widget to your form, make it required and you should be good to go.

    Thanks.

Hi again, thank you for the explanation, I will double check to be sure what else can we do to make sure we're 100% transparent in compliance with the terms. About your suggestion, I'm already using both E-Signature and terms&conditions widget on the previous step with the terms explaining clearly to my users which information is required to help them and why, without this acceptance they cannot access this second form where we then ask for the mentioned information. You can verify the process here: https://form.jotform.co/reflight/reflights.

Anyway, can you please provide an email contact where I can verify with the area responsible and make sure our forms will not be not suspended by error?. We are committed to be fully compliance with all safety requirements.

Glad to see that you are already using the Signature and Terms widgets on the form to comply with our terms of usage. It was a word of precaution to avoid the suspension and inconvenience. If you need any information with your forms or account, you may get back to us anytime.

    Thanks!
