Do you mean you want the form to be locked when you are viewing your account? You want the form to have some password before you can edit it? If so, this is currently not supported in Jotform.

If you are concern about form privacy, there are options in your account profile that you can enable for the following feature:

Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.

    Require log-in to see submissions.

Require log-in to view uploaded files.

Require log-in to view submission RSS.

    Require verification to change email.

If your users have an edit link and you don't want them to temporarily edit the form, you can disable the form temporarily so that even if they access the Edit link submission, the form will not show. It will say unavailable. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

If that is not what you are looking for, please let us know.

I am trying to do the same thing. I have shared my login details with few of my friends and is there a way that i can prevent them from editing my personal posts? The above solution does not solve the issue as a whole.

Sorry, but it's not possible if you shared your login details. You can share the form as sub-user then control the permission so they can only view the form. However, sub-users is only available for Enterprise accounts only https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/.

My suggestion is instead of sharing your login details, have them create an individual account and use the collaboration feature https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration

Again, there's no way to lock the fields from being modified if login to the account so providing them your login details won't work in this case.
