out of submission storage limit

    Hello,

    I am using Jotform as a free version form.

    Recently I receive the message : "You are almost out of submission storage limit. Upgrade Now."

    Then, I deleted all 2018 submission.

    I thought this action would free some storage place.

    But I still receive the same message.

    What should I do ?

    You don't leave anymore the possibility of having a free version ?

    I have checked your account and it seems you have already accumulated 302 Total submissions.

    I re-calculated your Total submissions and it should be showing the updated submissions.

    Do note that for Free plan, you are only limited to 500 Total submission Storage in your account.
