How to use the conditional formatting (Show/Hide) depending on answers?

    I have one question I want to show first. depending on that answer, other fields will pop up. Even if i use the conditions, it still shows the questions i disable/hide.

    I can see that there are no conditions applied to the existing form. I have cloned your form and applied the condition to the first 2 questions.

    Conditions applied:

    If you answer the first question then you will see the second question. After that, once you answer the second question, rest other fields will be displayed.

    You can go to SETTINGS >> CONDITIONS to check the existing conditions applied to the form.
