Getting invoiced but cannot access to cancel subcription

    I deleted my account thinking it would cancel my subscription.  For some reasons I am still getting invoiced.   What do I need to do for you to stop charging me?

    You should have canceled the subscription first. Anyways, I will have our billing team handle this for you. We will update you here once the subscription is canceled.

    Yes it was silly of me to think that deleting my account would stop my
    subscription. As you can see the account was deleted several months ago,
    it would be great if I could get a credit from the time account was
    deleted, as I am sure you have a record of this.

    It seems my colleague already forwarded request to our billing team to cancel your subscription. We will get back to you once your subscription is cancelled.

    Have you deleted your account in Nov 2018? Since your account is already deleted, I am unable to check your account logs but our backend team should be able to check it.

    Yes that is correct, it was nov 2018.
