Sensitive Information Question

Hello,

We use JotForm to collect information from our counselor volunteers applicants. Since we have to run background checks on our applicants, we will need to collect SSN information. Currently, we are subscribed to your Silver Plan (which includes HIPAA complaint servers), have our applicants check a "Terms and Agreement" box, and have them electronically sign the document. Is there anything else needed to add onto the form so that we are not violating JotForm's terms and conditions? Please advise.

I checked your account (it's not yet upgraded to HIPAA, for the record).

Aside what you said, you're good.

I would advise you if it is possible to switch your current account email address to a corporate one (business email).
