    Hello,


    Our account is locked out. I need assistance ASAP. I currently have a patient waiting on us in office waiting for us to get to the information located in this account. Please assist.

    I see the account was again locked. Could you please reset your password if you don't remember one. Due to many unsuccessful attempts, it was locked out.

    Please reset the password and then try it in a new window after clearing the Cache or in a private window.
