Hi I just received this email:

    Dear richardaLIS,

Your JotForm account has been downgraded.

If you have not requested a downgrade this might have happened because your credit card expired.

    Re-upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

However, it turns out I have not been downgraded, rather, that I've run out of submission storage (according to the message at the top of my Jotforms menu. BUT ... I don't see how this is possible because (my reading of) Bronze says "1000 monthly submissions" and there is no way we have received 1000 submissions this month. Can you clarify this please? Also, Bronze says 'receive 100 payments'. Is this per month?

You have been downgraded to free because our last attempt to charge you for the renewal of your Bronze Bi-Yearly has failed. You are paying by Paypal.

You get the submission storage message because of the downgrade. You have more than 500 submissions in your account. The free plan can only store up to 500. If you would like to continue with the bronze bi-yearly, you need to re-upgrade.

    Guide https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account.

The submission storage limit is different from the monthly submissions limit. The submission storage means the number of submissions you can store for the whole account. It is a fixed limit, not monthly.

Yes, the payment limit for the bronze plan is 100 per month.

    Thanks Welvin.

I've just used a different PayPal account and paid for Bronze. I had to refresh a couple of times but it looks like it's all good now - no more warning messages.

    Thanks.
