Hello,
I followed your online instruction and added encryption to my form. I am able to see the response without encryption on the jotform.com site, but it will not allow me to see the responses in my email inbox. I plan to work from the inbox. What do I need to do to de-crypt the filled form received via email?

I have been testing the encryption feature and I can see the submissions show properly after uploading the encryption key.
When you receive an email notification about an encrypted submission you should see the following:
Once you do that you will need to provide the decryption key and the data should be shown:
I would recommend you to try clearing your browsers cache and see if that helps.
If the problem persists, please let us know.

I've cleared the cache in the browser and restarted the pc. I still see the same unauthorized access message.

Is it possible to get the decryption key in order to test your form directly?
You may send it to support@jotform.com including this thread id 1703013 on the subject so we can find it easily.
We will perform some tests and see what may be causing the issue, please also let us know which form in your account you're experiencing the issue with.
