Is there a way to create a form that would have the ability to have a spouse and kids but not automatically show up?
When I sign up for health insurance the form asks for my information and then I have a button I can click to add a spouse. Then I can click another to add a child. Then another and another and another (I have a bunch of kids). I am playing with the basic form because it would be linked to our website and app but I'd love it if I didn't have to have a ridiculously long form for everyone and only for the crazy people like me that need to add more kids and such.
Does that make sense?

You can achieve that using fields or widgets that allows multiple entries like the Configurable List widget.
You can test my demo form https://form.jotform.com/90157625800959

Awesome. Glad to see it's possible!
So now how do I do that so that it looks decent? It's adding all the fields stacked horizontally instead of each question on its own line and I can't drag anything from the left editable options into the configurable list.
Is that the only way to do it? -

Inside of this guide, you can find how to change the horizontal layout of the fields to vertical and to make the widget responsive.
