Can you please highlight where in your Terms & Conditions or you privacy and/or security policy highlight the below:

appropriate security measures to protect the personal data bring collected (which is sensitive data); and

take responsibility for any data breaches that are caused or contributed to by them

I see that your related post has been answered on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1696899.

Please refer to that thread, one of our developers has answered your question regarding "take responsibility for any data breaches that are caused or contributed to by them".

    Thank you!

    Hi,

We understand your legal obligations. I checked NZ privacy law. It's very similar to GDPR. You can sign our DPA without any hesitation.

    Goodmorning

please see below from our legal team:

Jotform has said that NZ privacy laws are similar to EU privacy laws. If this is case, please request that Jotform update either the DPA or the supplier agreement and include provision where they are subject to NZ privacy laws.

    HI,

In our GDPR DPA, these two terms are very well covered.

"appropriate security measures to protect the personal data bring collected (which is sensitive data); and

take responsibility for any data breaches that are caused or contributed to by them"

Sorry, but we couldn't change our DPA.
