Does JotForm provide a free subscription plan?

We barely use 3-4 forms a year and we are a non-profit organization and it's hard for us to pay that much money. Do you have a free plan?

We have a "Free" subscription plan and you do not need to pay in this plan. However, the form count limit is 5 and monthly submission count limit is 100 in this plan.
