Trying to create table with different types of input in some of the columns

We are trying to create a form that allows for multiple row entry but one column allows for signature and one is a radial button. Look at the attached document - Section B.

Unfortunately, the Input Table field doesn't support different input types on the table.

On the other hand, you can add different input types by using the Configurable List Widget.  I would like to inform you the widget only supports the following types:

-Text

-Number

-Text Area

-Date

-Time

-Drop Down

-Check Box

-Radio Buttons

-Static - Display a Message or Text

That means the signature field is not supported by the widget for your case. For a solution, you can place the signature fields in a separate place.
