Hi, I created a PDF form. Everything looks perfect in the preview, but when I got to the actual URL, there are a few things out of place. For instance, the header "Vendetta Studios Invoice" is toward the bottom of the page and the background doesn't show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Hello, I have downloaded PDF form you created and it looks fine on my end. However, I believe there can be a misunderstanding at how PDF works.

    The form can be submitted:

    1) Web version of the form - using any modern internet browser.

    2) Fillable PDF version of the form - using Adobe PDF viewer or Foxit PDF viewer. Fillable PDF forms do not support online payments and most of the widgets.

When you create a 'New PDF Form' in the PDF editor, you are creating a Fillable PDF form template.

Would you like to use a web version of the form? If so, you need to create/edit the form using the web form builder. Here is the link where you need to update online version of your form: https://www.jotform.com/build/90158957459170
