Zip Code required being shown in payment field even when filled

    I am getting some complaints that the payment part of the form is not allowing people to get passed the zip code field. It says it is required, even though it is being filled out properly. Is this a known issue? I can't say it happens to everyone but it does happen to more than one person.  https://form.jotform.com/83521148889165

    I tested a clone of the form in a couple different browsers and was unable to reproduce the issue.  Is the form embedded to a web page by any chance?  If so, let us know the URL of the page and we can check there as well.  So far I have been unable to get the zip code in the payment field to produce an error when filled.

    The payment section is the trouble – the zip code area keeps asking for a matching zip code even when it is filled in by the user. It isn't embedded. We just link to the JotForm URL.  Would embedding it change anything? Could it be something with Authorize NET? Or any of the conditional logic that was applied to this form?

    I have checked your form, and it appears to be set up correctly. We have cleared your forms cache. Please check with Authorize.net if there is something that needs to be set up in their end.
