Apologies for any inconvenience. Can you share with us a screenshot of what you are seeing when you visit the submissions page of your form, please? And is the issue only happening on a specific form or all forms in your account?

If you are viewing your form using the new version of the submissions page, you may try switching back to the old version first to download the uploaded files in your form

Just an update:

The button to download the uploaded files on the new version of the submissions page (Sheets) will only appear if there is a File Upload Field on the form.
