Form warnings disappearing for no apparent reason

Hello, once again,

For some reason, my form keeps resetting my custom warnings (e.g. "Oops! Please fill this field to continue" reverts back to "This field is required").

I have no clue to a possible cause and didn't record any evidences, but can you please check what's going on? If it at least reverted to warnings in Portuguese (which happens to the default language for this form - 83383985241667) I wouldn't mind leaving it as is (despite all the effort to customize them gone down the flush).
