Trouble seeing patient data on online forms

    Hi,

    We have received an online submission, but can only see the patient's name and birthdate.  Everything else says "Hidden to protect privacy".

    What do we need to do to see all of the information?

    If you are using HIPAA compliant forms, protected fields require log in to be able to view.  Make sure you are logged in to your Jotform account and the data should be accessible.

    If you own the form, you have to log in to your Jotform account at https://www.jotform.com/

    Then go to your form submissions page to view them.
