    Hi there,

I tested a clone of your form and was not able to reproduce the issue you have mentioned.

I received the e-mail just fine.

However, if you are having this issue, an alternative for printing the submission would be to include a PDF link on your notification:

With this, you simply click on that link and that will download a PDF version of the submission.  You can then easily print that PDF.

Here is a short video that shows the response I received on my e-mail.  You will also see the implementation of the image above (I added the PDF link on this notification).  You can see on the video how this link downloads a PDF version of the submission.

Please give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!

I am so grateful for your prompt reply and for the time and trouble you
have taken. I watched the video. I thinks the problem lies within either
Chrome or my mac settings. Unfortunately the only pdf files that I am able
to generate within Chrome appear to suffer from the same problem - I see in
preview only the left surrounding part of the page surround, then a large
blank area and finally a tiny bit of the left edge of the form.
I'll come back to you when I find a solution - it's probably something
really obvious in the Chrome settings!! In the meantime I can copy out to
    Many thanks
