I have a form that we use to select what streaming services our customers are using in their environment.
Example question:
------------------------------------
What services are being used?
DirectTV NOW
Sling TV
Youtube TV
-----------------------------------
My goal is to replace that text with the logo of each service or add the logo to the end of each option.
Is this something that can be done via CSS?

Hey @travisr843 - You can achieve this using widgets. If you need a widget that works like the SINGLE CHOICE field (radio button), use the IMAGE CHOICES WIDGET.
Otherwise, if you need it to behave like a MULTIPLE CHOICE field (checkbox), then use the IMAGE CHECKBOXES WIDGET instead.
